Shipping Policy
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
• National shipments: 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates
• They will be calculated at the time of payment according to the location and weight of the package.
• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on orders that exceed a certain amount.
Order Tracking
• Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• It is the customer's responsibility to track their package through the courier service.
Delays and Problems with Shipping
• We are not responsible for delays caused by parcel delivery, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
• Any claim for loss or damage to the package must be made directly with USPS or other courier service used.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
• Make sure you enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses.
Refunds and Rechasals
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the customer must cover the forwarding costs.
